Creche Policy

• Application for Membership Form means the application form to be completed and submitted to SSS for review and consideration.
• Caterer means Sodexo Live UK Limited, or such other third party as SSS appoints from time to time.
• Child Member means a child between the ages of 1 and 6 years old whose parent or legal guardian is an existing Member and “Child Membership” shall be construed accordingly.
• Child Membership Fee means the sum of £840 (eight hundred and forty pounds sterling), or such other sum as may be notified to Members from time to time, payable for the Contract Term.
• Contract Term means a period of 12 months from acceptance of the Child Membership application, renewable annually.
• Creche means the creche facility located within SSS, at Pier.
• Creche Operator means Stars of 13, or such other third party as SSS appoints from time to time.
• Data Protection Laws means applicable UK laws including UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, and related guidance.
• Founder Member means an individual invited to join SSS by the Membership Committee or Fulham.
• Fulham means Fulham Football Club Limited and Fulham Stadium Limited.
• Pier means the Thames riverside development at London SW6 6HH, part of the Stadium.
• Joining Fee means the initial £100 fee, or such other fee as notified, payable to join as a Child Member.
• Intellectual Property means all intellectual property rights owned by or vested in a party.
• SSS means LHS, a trading name of.
• SSS Members’ Club means the LHS Members’ Club at Pier.
• SSS Membership Committee means persons appointed by SSS to advise on membership and community.
• Member means a person approved by the SSS Membership Committee (including Founder, Under 30, and Child Members).
• Parent means the parent or legal guardian of a Child Member.
• Personal Data means any information relating to an identifiable natural person.
• Safeguarding Concern means where SSS or the Creche Operator has concerns for a Child Member’s safety or wellbeing.
• Safeguarding Team means the SSS safeguarding team, contactable at safeguarding@fulhamfc.com.
• Stadium means London, SW6.
• Terms and Conditions means these Child Membership terms and conditions.
• Under 30 Founder Member means a Founder Member aged 25–30 at the time of approval.
• Under 30 Member means a Member aged 25–30 at the time of approval.
• Website means the official SSS website.
• Working Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in England.

Upon acceptance of a Child Membership application, the Parent is bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Child Member. These Terms form the agreement between Parent and SSS.

A copy will be available on the Website or on request. Parents must ensure they hold the most up-to-date version.

Applications and renewals are subject to approval by the SSS Membership Committee at its sole discretion. Decisions are final and not subject to feedback.

SSS may refuse entry to the Creche at its discretion. There is no entitlement to entry for any Parent or Child Member.

Child Members may attend:

• up to 4 sessions per week,
• 1 session per day,
• maximum of 2 hours per session.

Opening times:

• Weekdays: 9:00–17:00
• Weekends: 10:00–16:00

Times may change at SSS’s discretion, including on event days. Bookings are organised by age category. They may be made up to 14 days in advance via the Website or App, first-come, first-served. A waiting list is available when demand is high.

Entry is at SSS’s discretion and subject to safeguarding and safety considerations.

• A digital membership card is required for entry.
• Recording devices are prohibited inside the Creche.
• SSS may capture images via CCTV or promotional filming, processed under the Privacy Policy. Images of Child Members will not be published without Parent consent.
• Child Members may not enter other areas of the SSS Members’ Club.

• Child Membership lasts 12 months and links to the Parent’s account.
• Parents must provide valid contact details and remain contactable during sessions.
• Membership Fees (£840) are paid in advance, non-refundable, and inclusive of VAT.
• Membership auto-renews unless terminated. Fees are charged to the Parent’s card annually.
• Fees may increase with notice, effective from the next renewal.
• Membership terminates automatically:
  • when the Parent’s membership ends,
  • on the Child’s 7th birthday,
  • if fees remain unpaid for 3+ months,
  • if terminated by Parent in writing.
• Food, drinks and other items are excluded and charged separately.

Parents must inform the Creche in writing of any:

• health conditions, illnesses, injuries or disabilities (temporary or permanent),
• dietary restrictions or allergies (including severity and response plan),
• medication being taken by the Child Member.

Parents must not book a Creche session if the child:

• is suffering from (or has suffered in the past 48 hours) any infectious disease, illness or condition, including sickness or diarrhoea,
• is taking a course of antibiotics (unless part of ongoing care, e.g. asthma),
• has been given paracetamol, ibuprofen or similar within 24 hours before attending.

SSS reserves the right to:

• refuse admission or require removal if a child is too unwell, has complex needs, or poses a safeguarding concern,
• require a Parent to administer medication (e.g. inhaler) during a session,
• refuse entry, suspend or terminate Membership if required information is withheld or ignored.

SSS will notify Parents of any accidents, illnesses or injuries, and will keep written or photographic records. Basic first aid may be given. In serious cases, emergency services may be called and medical intervention facilitated if Parents cannot be reached.

Prescribed medication may be administered in exceptional circumstances, if:

• it is prescribed for the named Child Member,
• it is in the original container with instructions in English,
• Parents provide written details of the last dose given,
• SSS records and informs Parents of any medication given during a session.

Parents and Child Members must conduct themselves appropriately when visiting SSS and the Creche. SSS may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unacceptable. Examples include:

• offering or distributing commercial products or promotions,
• being intoxicated, impaired, or asleep due to substances or illness,
• smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol, or drug use,
• displaying offensive, obscene, racist, political or discriminatory materials,
• using foul, abusive, racist, or discriminatory language/gestures,
• fighting, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour,
• theft or vandalism,
• abuse toward staff,
• persistently disruptive or antisocial behaviour by a Child Member.

SSS may suspend or terminate Membership for such conduct and reserves the right to continue charging fees during suspension.

All Child Members must be accompanied by their Parent until inside the Creche and the session has started. Upon arrival, the following will be recorded:

• Child Member’s name,
• admission time,
• Parent’s name,
• pick-up time,
• any health or care disclosures provided by the Parent.

At the end of the session:

• the same Parent must collect the Child Member, unless prior written notice is given,
• an alternative adult (18+) may collect the child if their name is provided in writing and they give the agreed password,
• the departure time and collecting adult’s name will be recorded.

• 3+ late arrivals in one month may result in suspension.
• A late collection fee of £1 per minute applies.
• Children not collected within 1 hour may be referred to Social Services.

SSS is committed to child safety and wellbeing.

• Concerns should be raised in writing to the Safeguarding Team (safeguarding@fulhamfc.com).
• Safeguarding policies are available on request.
• All safeguarding incidents are recorded and stored electronically.
• SSS and/or the Creche Operator may refer concerns to safeguarding bodies including Social Services, Police, or Local Authority.

SSS processes personal data relating to Child Members, including medical, dietary, safeguarding and CCTV data, under its Privacy Policy and Data Protection Laws.

Data may be shared with the Creche Operator, Caterer, or third parties providing services, and safeguarding bodies when required.

No Parent or Child Member may use or authorise use of any Intellectual Property owned by SSS or Fulham for any purpose.

Except where liability cannot be excluded (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence):

• The maximum liability of SSS, Fulham, and the Creche Operator is equal to the Child Membership Fee.
• Parents and Child Members must hold harmless SSS, Fulham and the Creche Operator from claims arising from these Terms.

• Failure or delay in exercising rights is not a waiver.
• Confidential information of SSS, Fulham or the Creche Operator must not be disclosed.
• Notices from Parents must be in writing (email, courier, or registered mail). Notices from SSS may be delivered in person, by post, or by email.
• If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or deleted without affecting the rest.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• SSS may update and amend these Terms from time to time, with notice provided by phone, in person, or via the Website.
